We did a great deal of renovations to this house in spring to include wood floors in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The house has all new appliances including the washer dryer, stove, refrigerator, and air conditioners in each bedroom. All of the furniture and beds were purchased new. The roof deck has amazing bay views and offers a very social location. The house is secluded behind tall beach grass, which offers great privacy.

-Bedroom One: has a full on bottom, twin on top bunk.
-Bedroom Two: has a full on bottom, full on top bunk.
-Bedroom Three: has two sets of twin bunks.
-Bedroom One is a separate cottage and has its own bathroom.
Rental Season Periods and Pricing
Our rental season begins in early May and goes through October. We rent generally two types of periods, first are
Midweeks:
Mondays at 3pm through Fridays at 10am
Weekends:
Friday at 3pm through Monday at 10am.
May and June
Midweeks and Weekends (Please Call)
July and August
Midweeks are $3750
Weekends are $4250
September and October
Midweeks and Weekends (Please Call)
Holidays
Memorial Day Weekend is $5000
July 4th Weekend $5000
Labor Day Weekend is $5000
Miss Fire Island Weekend (Please Call)
This property is registered with the County Of Suffolk Office of the Comptroller and taxes are NOT included.
All rentals require a $700 security deposit, which is refunded in the case of no damage, or missing property, less $200 for the cleaning fee.

How do you get access to the house?
You are given a code just prior to your arrival time which opens the door.
From the Ferry, How do I get to 2 Seneca Walk?
Leave the wagon area and make a left at the police station on Bay View Avenue and go two blocks to Seneca Walk and make a right. The house is the first one on the left, on the corner of Bay View and Seneca Walk.
How far of a walk is the house from the ferry?
Our houses are about a five minute walk from the ferry terminal.

How Things Work
The process is to check if your dates are available on the calendar to the right on desktop and below on mobile, then contact Stephen at (516) 721-7818 or via email to arrange the period.
After we speak and arrange a period, we will fax a contract out for your review and you will return it along with payment prior to your stay.
Late reservations may require either Fed Ex or similar delivery to avoid occupancy prior to funds clearing or arrival.
Prior to your stay you will be given the codes to the key box located on the door frame of the house. These codes will unlock the house, bikes, beach chairs and wagon.
