Must be over 21 years of age an be mature enough to be respectful of the home, the other shares and the neighbors. This is ideal for people who are expecting a little more tham just a bed. The views are amazing from one of the highest roof decks on the island, with 360 degree views unobstructed. The house has a huge kitchen, huge living room, wrap around decks on each floor and all bedrooms have cathedral ceilings. This home was designed from the ground up in 2004 to be the ultimate summer get away. When the owner designed this house he was mindful to make sure that nothing feels small or cramped. The rooms are very spacious. The home is a pleasure to stay in. All of the contents of the house are brand new including the furniture and beds. The ocean is a 1-2 minute walk away.
- Bedroom One has a full bed and a single bed.
- Bedroom Two has two full beds.
- Bedroom Three has a full and a single bed.
- Bedroom Four has a full on bottom / single on top bunk and a full Bed and a single bed.
- Bedroom Five has a full on bottom / single on top bunk and two single beds,
Full SUMMER Shares / Weekends Only
Summer shares begin two Weekends before Memorial Day and end two weekends after Labor Day.
Full Summer Shares are $4000 per person.
Shares require a $200 deposit which will be returned less any damages.
How Things Work
The process is contact Joe via this website or by email at bigjoeshouse@yahoo.com to arrange the period. After the share period is arranged, we will fax a contract out for your review and you will return it along with payment prior to your stay. Late reservations may require either Fed Ex or similar delivery to avoid occupancy prior to funds clearing or arrival. Prior to your stay you will be given the codes to the key box located on the doorframe of the house. These codes will unlock the house and bikes.
