The house is a short 25 minute drive from Fort Myers Airport (RSW). Before you know it you will be at this house enjoying bay and water views. In 2009 we built a 225 foot deck/walkway over the water leading to the boat dock. Fishing is excellent in the area and you can start in your own backyard. The house is very clean and has an eat in kitchen, two bathrooms, large living room, a large screened in deck and a private screened in deck off the master suite. The master suite has a bath tub for two. The house has central air to keep you and your family cool. The house is fully furnished with furniture purchased in 2007. This is not a high mileage house, we use it ourselves when we visit Florida and maintain it accordingly.
