This type of house is not usually found on the rental market. When we renovated this house we cut no corners and spared no expense. The entire floor plan was redone to balance the sleeping space and the living space. All new wood floors adorn the space; all new furniture and beds await you. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. There is a shower on the outside deck.
When you agree to rent this house, your mind is free of questions regarding the cleanliness and condition of the house. This house is exceptional when compared to owner occupied houses on the island and is in a class by itself when considered as a rental.
- Bedroom One: Has a full on bottom and twin on top bunk.
- Bedroom Two: Has a full on bottom and twin on top bunk.
- Bedroom Three: Has a full on bottom and twin on top bunk.
Rental Season Periods and Pricing
Our rental season begins in early May and goes through October. We rent generally two types of periods:
May and June
Midweeks are $2000 and Weekends are $3000
(Excluding June 24th Midweek and June 28th weekend which are July rates.)
July and August
Midweek's are $3000 and Weekends are $3500
September and October
Midweek's and Weekends (Please Call)
Holidays
Memorial Day Weekend is $3500
July 4th Weekend is $4500
Labor Day Weekend is $4500
Miss Fire Island Weekend is $2000
All rentals require a $650 security deposit, which is refunded in the case of no damage, or missing property, less $150 for the cleaning fee.
How Things Work
The process is to check if your dates are available on the calendar to the right, then contact Stephen at 516-721-7818 or email to arrange the period. We will fax a contract out for your review and you will return it along with payment prior to your stay. Late reservations may require either Fed Ex or similar delivery to avoid occupancy prior to funds clearing or arrival. Prior to your stay you will be given the codes to the key box located on the doorframe of the house. These codes will unlock the house, bikes, beach chairs and wagon.
